I have made some very important changes to the TOU for my CU4CU License! These changes take effect on Jan 1, 2011!! Please read this message in it's entirety and you can e-mail me with any questions you may have. I have already e-mail this information to all of my CU4CU License holders but I am posting it here in case those e-mails were not received!

Effective Jan 1, 2011-- Not ALL of my CU items are available to be used as CU4CU under these terms as a license holder. You will not be allowed to use these particular items as CU4CU regardless of being a license holder. I will be updating the files and descriptions of these items in my store and from now on, these items will be CLEARLY MARKED!! For your information, the list of currently available CU items that are NOT eligible will be listed below!

Why can some be used for CU4CU and not others? The answer is simple! Because some of my CU items were created using other designer's commercial use items when allowed because I am a license holder for that designer. There has been a lot of controversy over transferring CU4CU over to other designer's and also to other designers who also offer a CU4CU license. Because of this, I have made the decision to make it simple and easy for everyone. Any CU items that I create using items from other designer's will no longer be eligible for CU4CU even with a license!

Other changes I have made to the TOU--

You must now display your credit to me as a license holder in your TOU as follows--

Grunge & Glitter CU4CU License Holder #GG-XXX (put license number where the X is)0

You must also display your license on your blog/and or website at all times and it must link back to my blog--

Some of you will have different numbers than you had before because I realized that I goofed up and gave away duplicate numbers to a few license holders!

I obviously can't do anything about the items that have already been sold but I do as that from now on, these CU items NOT be sold as CU any longer!!

I should have done this a long time ago! But I really thought that once my kids started school, that I would have a lot more time to work on doing blinkies and blogs and such. But I was wrong! My real life is just a complete mess and things are not going so well. But I won't go into details.

I have made the decision to no longer offer my custom services! I will no longer be doing blinkies and blogs and things like that. I just can't do it anymore!

I don't think that everyone realizes just how much time and effort I put into what I do. There are times where I will make a blinkie or a blog header 3 or 4 times and delete it before you get the final product that I send to you. I try really hard to come up with something that I think you will like and that you will enjoy! And my prices are very cheap compared to other blinkie and blog makers out there. I think that you get more than what you pay for when you order from me, but I kept my prices lower because I know that making scraps and such is not a rich job and that we, as designers, do struggle and I wanted to make sure it was affordable to my customers.

Yes, there are times when people have had to wait longer than they should have. I can't apologize enough for that, but real life always comes first. My kids and my family always come first! And on top of that, the time that it takes for me to do these blinkies and blogs, it just adds up. So I think that it's best for me to just stop doing them. Because I can't compete anymore. I can't compete with other blinkie makers that are able to get them done in a day or two. I don't know how they do it, but that's not something I am able to do with my life the way it is and the time that it takes me to work.

So, regretfully, I have to stop! I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause some of you, but there are plenty of other talented people out there that you can contact to do your blinkies and blogs for you from now on.

Those of you who are waiting, please don't panic. I am still working on your orders and I will get them done! But from this point on, I am not going to take any more new orders!

I have an "opt in" box on the side and every single person who is on my newsletter list signed up on their own! So why.....why on earth....would you sign up for a newsletter and then turn around and report it as spam when you receive one??

That's just not necessary! I do not send out a ton of newsletters...those of you who are subscribed know that! And EVERY SINGLE PERSON who is on my newsletter list CHOSE to be on that list. So please...don't be rude and report it as spam. That's ridiculous! Just unsubscribe ok? Reporting it as spam could cause problems with my newsletter and abilities to send them out and it's clearly NOT SPAM when you CHOOSE to sign up for my newsletter!!! Ugh!!
